The Talentino programme works by training your staff & volunteers to deliver early career coaching to your pupils, meaning you have an independent, cost-effective, and sustainable model that is founded on scientific research-based tools. You will be provided with training in coaching and use of products, as well as a complete resources suite and coaches manual.
We hold the Matrix Quality Award, and our courses are CPD-accredited and all Early Career Coaches on the full programme receive a qualification as Foundation Practitioner Coaches from the European Mentoring & Coaching Council. And we were recently granted the “CDI Careers Assured” award from the Career Development Institute, the first organisation to receive it!
